Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Vice Principal to support the Principal in the overall academic and administrative management of the school. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, coordination, academic planning, and operational management skills with sound knowledge of CBSE norms and school administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Principal in managing daily school operations
- Supervise and monitor academic and administrative activities
- Ensure implementation of CBSE norms, policies, and academic standards
- Coordinate with teachers, students, parents, and administrative departments
- Support curriculum planning, academic monitoring, and staff development
- Monitor discipline, student performance, and school culture
- Prepare reports, documentation, and academic records
- Lead and support school events, meetings, and institutional initiatives
- Ensure smooth functioning of school operations and compliance processes

Requirements

- Master’s Degree with B.Ed.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in academic administration or school leadership
- Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
