We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Finance with experience in QSR, Fine Dine, or FMCG industries to manage financial operations, reporting, compliance, and cost control activities. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in handling finance functions in fast-paced business environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing daily finance and accounting operations across outlets/business units.
- Monitoring revenue, expenses, food cost, inventory cost, and operational spending.
- Handling vendor payments, reconciliations, and cash flow management.
- Supporting monthly closing and audit activities.
- Ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinating with operations, supply chain, and purchase teams for financial tracking.




- Monitoring cost control measures and identifying areas for process improvement.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.

Skills & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.
- 5-8 years of finance/accounting experience in QSR, Fine Dine, or FMCG companies.
- Good knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced operational environment.
