Experience Required

1–3 years total experience, with minimum 1 year in field sales (relevant industry background preferred)

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to visit dealers, workshops, and end-use customers directly — take orders, resolve issues on the spot, and grow our market reach. You will represent Q-Solutions on the ground, handling both dealer accounts and direct end-user relationships for our welding & cutting machines, equipment, and MIG welding wire.

This is a hands-on, target-driven role for someone who is comfortable working independently in the field and can build long-term customer relationships.

What You'll Do

- Visit existing and new customers — dealers as well as end users (workshops, fabricators, industries)
- Take orders and follow up on payments and delivery
- Handle customer issues on the spot — product queries, complaints, disputes
- Identify and develop new customers and current areas to expand market presence
- Analyze customer needs and area potential to plan visits and sales approach




- Share a daily visit report (customers met, orders taken, issues faced) with the office

Requirements

- 1–3 years of total work experience, with minimum 1 year specifically in field sales
- Prior experience in welding/cutting equipment, industrial tools, or related B2B field sales strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills — able to explain products clearly and handle objections
- Analytical mindset — able to read customer needs, track own sales data, and plan territory coverage
- Own two-wheeler with valid license (must)
- Comfortable with daily travel and face-to-face customer interaction
- Hindi communication required; basic English preferred
- Honest, reliable, and self-driven — this role represents the company directly to customers

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (fixed, based on experience) + travel allowance + incentive on sales
