Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in guest rooms and assigned public areas to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and balconies as per hotel standards.
- Make beds, change linen, and replenish guest supplies and amenities.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all surfaces and fixtures.
- Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and safety hazards promptly.
- Ensure proper handling and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Follow daily room assignment schedules and productivity targets.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy at all times.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other departments for guest requests.
- Adhere to hygiene, grooming, and uniform standards.
