- The Candidate Should have a minimum qualification of ITI Draftsman / Women, Diploma in Civil / B.E Civli Engineering Having Experience in AutoCAD for a minimum of 2-3 years.
- The Candidate Should have minimum 2-3 Years experience in Auto Cad,
- The Candidate should know about combining Revenue FMB sketches,
- The Candidate should have knowledge to prepare the TOPO Plan for DTCP approval.
- The Candidate should have knowledge to draft the Site plan, Section & Elevation drawings,
- The Candidate should have the knowledge to take the measurements from the site,
- The Candidate should have a knowledge to meet government officials to follow up the file status,
- The candidate should have a knowledge in MS Office,
- The candidate's qualifications should be B.E Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering,
- The Candidate should be prepared to be ready for office work and field work,
- The Candidate should have through knowledge of preparing EDCR, PREDCR Drawings.
- The Candidate should have through knowledge for submission of DTCP Applications / CMDA Building Plan Applications.
- The Candidate should have a thorough knowledge of preparing the documentations for DTCP & CMDA Approvals.
