As we expand our footprint across global markets, we're looking for an experienced Export Manager to lead our international business operations, build strong global partnerships, and ensure seamless export execution. About the Role As an Export Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end export operations, developing international markets, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers, logistics partners, and internal teams. You will play a key role in driving Aretto's global growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end export operations from order confirmation to final delivery. Develop and expand business in international markets through distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA, and logistics partners.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and customs requirements.
Handle export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Shipping Bill, and LC documentation.
Track international shipments and ensure timely deliveries. Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Finance, and Sales teams for smooth order execution. Monitor export sales, prepare MIS reports,



and analyze market performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers and distributors. Identify new international business opportunities and support market expansion.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Export Documentation and International Trade.
Experience in Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearance, and International Logistics.
Good understanding of Incoterms, Letter of Credit (LC), DGFT, IEC, and export compliance. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Robust analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple international markets and priorities.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in International Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
MBA or a Diploma in Export-Import Management will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience Experience in Footwear, Apparel, Retail, Fashion, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, or D2C brands.
Experience handling exports to UAE, Australia, USA, Europe, or other international markets.
Familiarity with ERP systems and export compliance software is preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month
