ABS Group HR Solutions, a leading manpower and security services company in Ernakulam, is looking for a Security Site Manager / Sr Field Officer to supervise security personnel, coordinate field operations, and ensure smooth day-to-day security services at client locations.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage security guards at assigned client sites.
* Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
* Coordinate staff deployment, duty rosters, and shift schedules.
* Ensure discipline, attendance, grooming, and compliance with company policies.
* Maintain good communication with clients and the operations team.
* Submit daily reports and resolve operational issues promptly.
* Handle emergencies and provide on-site support when required.
Eligibility
* **Ex-servicemen are highly preferred.**
* Candidates with experience in security services, facility management, or field operations are encouraged to apply.
* **A valid Two-Wheeler Driving Licence is MANDATORY.**
* Willingness to travel to client sites across Ernakulam.
* Good leadership, coordination,
and communication skills.
* Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and problem-solving.
