Job Title: Quality Control Trainee
Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Qualification: BE/ B.tech/Bsc/Msc Food Technology

Experience: Fresher

Key Responsibilities

1. Sampling & Analytical Testing

- Learn and perform routine physicochemical and instrumental analysis on raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Assist in evaluating physical parameters (such as moisture content, particle size, ash content, purity, and color metrics).
- Operate and maintain basic laboratory instruments (such as digital weighing balances, moisture analyzers, and basic titration setups) after undergoing training.

2. Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain accurate, clear, and real-time records of all analytical test results in standard logs and laboratory notebooks.
- Assist in compiling data for Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and regular quality reports.




- Ensure strict compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workplace safety protocols.

3. Lab Maintenance & Calibration

- Participate in the daily/periodic verification and basic calibration of laboratory equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels of laboratory chemicals, reagents, and glassware, and flag shortages to supervisors.
