Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily activities of service technicians and support staff.
- Allocate repair and maintenance jobs based on technician skills and workload.
- Monitor service progress to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
- Conduct final quality checks before vehicle delivery.
- Ensure customer complaints and service issues are addressed promptly.
- Coordinate with the Service Advisor regarding work orders and delivery schedules.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the service workshop.
- Maintain records related to service jobs, workshop performance, and inventory requirements.
- Coordinate with the spare parts department to ensure parts availability.
- Support the Service Manager in achieving service revenue and customer satisfaction targets.

- Experienced in any Automobile industry supervising work is preffered.
- Location: Karaikudi , Aranthangi ,Pudukkottai, Alangudi.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
