Role Overview

My Careers Bridge is looking for an experienced and confident Field Marketing Executive to promote our academic and career-support services through direct, face-to-face marketing.

The role involves visiting colleges, universities, student accommodation areas, training institutes, education consultancies and other relevant locations to generate enquiries, build partnerships and increase awareness of My Careers Bridge.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote MCB services through field visits, events and direct student engagement.
- Visit colleges, universities, hostels, consultancies and educational institutions.
- Generate qualified leads for academic assistance, career services, UK job portals and industry courses.
- Build professional relationships with students, representatives and referral partners.
- Explain MCB services, plans and benefits clearly to prospective clients.
- Distribute promotional materials and support offline marketing campaigns.
- Arrange seminars, student awareness sessions and promotional activities.
- Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with the admissions, sales and counselling teams.
- Maintain daily visit reports,



lead records and conversion updates.
- Achieve monthly lead-generation and conversion targets.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify current marketing opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in field marketing, business development or direct sales.
- Experience in education, recruitment, immigration, training or student services is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Confident in meeting students, institutions and business partners.
- Ability to work independently and travel locally for field activities.
- Target-oriented, organised and professional.
- Knowledge of English, Hindi and relevant regional languages is preferred.
- A two-wheeler and valid driving licence would be an advantage.
