Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Engineer to oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of civil construction, excellent site coordination skills and the ability to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently and in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
- Monitor site progress and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and project teams.
- Plan and supervise manpower, materials and equipment to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects and project managers to resolve technical issues.
- Verify work measurements and maintain site records and daily progress reports.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned activities while maintaining quality standards.




- Monitor material usage and report any shortages or delays.
- Assist in project planning, site documentation and client/consultant inspections.

Requirements

- B.Tech/BE in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant site engineering experience or Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 7 years of relevant site engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, site execution and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and construction drawings.
- Experience in coordinating with contractors, consultants and project teams.
- Valuable communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic project documentation.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of quality standards, site safety practices and construction procedures.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
