We are looking for a Junior Architect to support the design and execution of industrial and institutional projects including factories, warehouses, schools, colleges, hospitals, and other large-scale developments. The candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings, design coordination, site support, and assisting in approvals and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, review, and finalize architectural drawings for industrial facilities, factories, warehouses, and institutional buildings.
- Develop conceptual designs, detailed working drawings, GFC drawings, and 3D models as per project requirements.
- Ensure architectural designs comply with local building codes, safety norms, regulations, and client specifications.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and Project teams to ensure proper design integration and clash-free drawings.
- Conduct site visits for design validation, monitoring progress, and resolving site-level design issues.
- Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, tender drawings, and execution drawings.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials for client meetings, design reviews,



and approvals.
- Support the team in authority submissions, approvals, and compliance documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of industrial architecture standards, space planning, and institutional building layouts.
- Ability to prepare working drawings, coordination drawings, and GFC sets.
- Knowledge of building bye-laws, codes, and statutory compliance.
- Positive visualization, detailing, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Qualification & Experience
- B.Arch / M.Arch (Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Architecture).
- 0 to 3 years of experience in industrial and institutional projects.
- Must be registered with the Council of Architecture (COA).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
