Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive with 2–5 years of experience in the CT/PT transformer or electrical equipment industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, developing customer relationships, supporting sales activities, and promoting the company's range of Current Transformers (CT), Potential Transformers (PT), and related electrical products.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the power, electrical, utility, EPC, and industrial sectors.
- Promote and market CT, PT, and related transformer products to customers, consultants, contractors, OEMs, and distributors.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and coordinate with the sales and production teams.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging market trends.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Visit customer sites for product presentations, technical discussions, and business development.




- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, customer visit reports, and market feedback for management.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events when required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing or sales of CT/PT transformers, switchgear, transformers, or electrical products.
- Good understanding of electrical power distribution products and industry standards.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of government tenders, utilities, and EPC projects.
- Ability to interpret customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Salary

As per industry standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
