1) Batch Charging & Processing

· Ensure raw materials (RM), solvents, and reagents are changed into reactors and other process vessels as per the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR).

· Follow instructions mentioned in the BMR within defined limits.

· Manage batch operations and ensure all in-process parameters and specifications are met during production.

2) Positive Manufacturing Practices

· Strictly adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices.

· Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

3) Equipment Operation & Cleaning Check

· Ensure production equipment operations are as per the approved SOPs.

· Ensure equipment is clean before the start of operation.

· Timely updation of equipment status label.

4) Raw Material Verification

· Cross-check raw material weights, labels, names, and AR (Analytical Report) Numbers before usage.

· Confirm correct material is charged and ensure traceability is maintained.

5) Safety

· Ensure all team members use proper PPE.





· Monitor safety compliance during material handling and processing.

· Take immediate action in case of any unsafe activity or incident.

6) Housekeeping

· Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in production areas.

· Verify that cleaning logs and area clearance records are updated.

7) Reporting & Shift Handover

· Record in-process result, batch observations in BMR.

· Report deviations or incidents to the Department Head.

· At the end of the shift, hand over the batch processing status to the incoming shift officer.

8) Any other responsibility that will be assigned by the Department Head/ Management from time to time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
