Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Upwork / Freelancer Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in online bidding, lead generation, and client communication through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and PeoplePerHour. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, preparing winning proposals, and converting leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelancing platforms.
- Prepare customized, high-quality proposals and submit competitive bids.
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and business needs.
- Generate quality leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the technical team for project estimation and execution.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong client relationships.
- Maintain daily bidding reports,



pipeline updates, and achieve monthly targets.
- Stay updated with market trends, client requirements, and competitor activities.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in Upwork/Freelancer bidding.
- Robust proposal writing and client communication skills.
- Good understanding of freelancing platforms and online bidding strategies.
- Knowledge of lead generation, business development, and sales processes.
- Basic understanding of IT services, software development, and digital marketing services.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple bids, and achieve targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
