Job Title: Team Leader

Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Summary

The Team Leader is responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the overall sales operations of the dealership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the sales executives.
- Allocate daily leads and monitor follow-ups.
- Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.
- Guide and motivate the team to improve sales performance.
- Conduct daily sales meetings and review activities.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable two-wheelers and financing options.
- Ensure proper customer handling and timely delivery of vehicles.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Registration, and Service departments for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and submit them to the Sales Manager.
- Train new sales executives on dealership processes and product knowledge.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure adherence to dealership policies and maintain discipline within the team.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in automobile or two-wheeler sales.
- Previous team handling experience is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
