Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Support employee onboarding and induction activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in attendance tracking and leave management.
- Help prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries.
- Support payroll and HR operations as required.
- Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility





- MBA Graduate.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of Human Resource functions.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
