We are a fast-growing digital media company scaling high-value finance and technology platforms. We are looking for a highly technical, publisher-side Ad Monetization Expert to completely overhaul our backend setup, implement Google Ad Manager (GAM), and configure header bidding to capture premium programmatic yield.

(CRITICAL NOTE: We are looking for an AdOps Publisher Expert, NOT a Media Buyer or Google Ads Campaign Manager. Please only apply if your expertise is in monetizing website inventory).

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct a full technical audit of our current ad layouts, fixing Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) issues and optimizing lazy loading.
- Migrate our current setup to Google Ad Manager (GAM) and build a high-performing ad unit architecture.
- Implement and configure Header Bidding (Prebid.js) / Open Bidding to force external demand networks to compete for our ad slots.
- Set up dynamic floor pricing and safe,



viewability-triggered ad refresh protocols strictly within network compliance guidelines.

Required Experience:

- Proven track record working in AdOps, Yield Optimization, or Programmatic Monetization for a digital publisher or media network.
- Deep, hands-on technical experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM) and AdSense policies.
- Experience coding or implementing Header Bidding wrappers without negatively impacting site speed.
