We are looking for a smart, organized, and professional Admin cum Receptionist to manage front office operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Maintain visitor records and reception area.
- Coordinate meetings and manage conference room bookings.
- Handle courier, dispatch, and incoming/outgoing mail.
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and stationery.
- Support HR and Administration with day-to-day activities.
- Maintain employee attendance and basic MIS reports (preferred).




- Ensure smooth functioning of office administration.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Administration, Reception, or Front Office.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Robust organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.

- Multitasking and time management.
- Customer service orientation.
- Basic knowledge of office administration and documentation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
