Mobilizer Job Description (DDU-GKY / PMKVY)Job Summary

The Mobilizer is responsible for identifying, counseling, and mobilizing eligible youth for DDU-GKY and PMKVY skill development programs. The role involves field outreach, coordination with stakeholders, documentation, enrollment, and ensuring mobilization targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct village, school, college, and community mobilization activities.

· Identify eligible candidates as per DDU-GKY/PMKVY guidelines.

· Organize awareness campaigns, counseling sessions, and enrollment drives.

· Coordinate with Gram Panchayats, SHGs, NGOs, government departments, and community leaders.

· Explain course details, perks, placements, stipend (if applicable), and eligibility.

· Collect and verify candidate documents for enrollment.

· Maintain mobilization MIS, daily reports, and candidate database.

· Achieve monthly admission and mobilization targets.

· Coordinate with training center staff for batch formation and induction.





· Support placement and post-placement follow-up activities.

· Ensure compliance with scheme guidelines and documentation standards.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

· Fresher in mobilization, counseling, recruitment, or community outreach (skill development experience preferred).

Skills Required

· Excellent communication in Telugu; basic English preferred.

· Public speaking and counseling.

· MS Office and MIS reporting.

· Relationship building.

· Target-oriented and willing to travel.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· Monthly candidate mobilization targets.

· Enrollment conversion ratio.

· Accuracy of documentation.

· Community engagement activities.

· Retention and placement support.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
