Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed cost estimates and project budgets for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Analyze architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for quantity estimation.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost sheets.
- Float enquiries, obtain quotations, and perform vendor and contractor comparisons.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, project managers, procurement, and site teams.
- Evaluate tender documents and prepare tender submissions.
- Conduct rate analysis for civil, finishing, MEP, and infrastructure works.
- Review variation orders, extra item claims, and cost implications.
- Monitor project costs against approved budgets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Maintain updated cost databases and market rates for materials and labour.




- Support management with feasibility studies and project cost planning.
- Ensure estimation accuracy in line with project specifications and timelines.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of quantity surveying and cost estimation.
- Expertise in BOQ preparation and rate analysis.
- Knowledge of civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works.
- Understanding of tendering and contract documentation.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
