We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counseling prospective students, promoting our training programs, and converting inquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
- Explain course details, career opportunities, and training benefits.
- Convert leads into admissions through effective counseling and follow-ups.
- Generate current leads through various online and offline channels.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Conduct career counseling sessions for students and working professionals.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, colleges, and corporate partners.




- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and nurture leads.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship management.
- Ability to convince and guide prospective students.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
