Role Summary

We are a clinical-stage biotech company involved in drug discovery for multiple disease conditions. Our lead asset has entered phase 2 clinical trials and the company is currently expanding its scientific programmes. We are seeking a highly motivated and individual to work directly with the founders on strategic, operational, and cross-functional initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, thrives in rapid-paced startup environments, and wants broad exposure to biotech company building.

Responsibilities

* Support founders on strategic and operational priorities

* Support fundraising and partnership discussions by preparing presentations and materials for investors

* Coordinate and support company board meetings and interface with finance and audit teams for regulatory filings

* Track key company milestones for timely follow-through actions

* Coordinate project management activities across CROs, consultants,



and external stakeholders

* Assist with personnel hiring and internal operations

* Help improve organizational systems and processes

Eligibility

Essential

* Degree in biotech, life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or related fields

* Up to 3–6 years experience in biotech, healthcare consulting, pharma, startup operations, or clinical research

* Strong analytical and problem-solving capability

* Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills

* Ability to work independently with quick turnaround timelines

Preferred

* Experience of working in drug development or clinical trials environments

* Startup experience

* Exposure to fundraising, BD, and investor communications

Pay: Up to ₹150,000.00 per month
