- To take care of statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Actuarial like Bonus, Leave Encashment and Gratuity.
- To do the reconciliation of PF and ESIC details.
- To take care of registration of branches in Shops and Establishment Act and its compliance.
- To be updated about the minimum wages and its implementation.
- To Laison with Government Authorities and Legal Consultants.
- Should be presentable. Should have valuable comm skills.
Essential Skills :
1. Regular MBA in HR
2. 2 to 3 years HR compliance handling experience, preferably in a sales organization.
