JOB DESCRIPTION – QC and QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA) – APPAREL

Role Purpose

Ensure product quality, compliance, and production accuracy across multiple outsourced garment factories through regular factory visits, inline inspections, and structured digital reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct frequent travel to outsourced factories for inline, end-line, and final quality inspections.
- Perform inline quality checks to identify defects early and reduce rework and rejection.
- Monitor adherence to buyer specifications, measurement standards, and approved samples.
- Identify root causes of quality issues and issue corrective action plans with defined timelines.
- Verify implementation of corrective actions through re-visits or photo/video evidence.
- Maintain daily digital QA visit reports with defect percentages, corrective actions, and photographs.
- Coordinate closely with merchandisers and production teams to prevent quality-related delays.
- Escalate critical quality or compliance issues immediately to management.
- Maintain records of defect trends and suggest process improvements at factory level.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
