We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team .The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls,handling inbound inquiries, explaining services and achieving sales or customer service gadgets.
- Handled inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Contacted prospective customers to explain services.
- Generated and qualified leads for the sales team.
- Scheduled appointments and followed up with potential customers.
- Addressed customer inquiries and resolved concerns promptly.
- Maintained accurate customer records and updated CRM/database.
- Achieved daily and monthly calling targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinated with internal teams to ensure timely customer support and follow-up.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
