Evon Polymers is a growing manufacturer and supplier of high-quality recycled PP and PPCP granules, serving plastic injection moulding and industrial manufacturing companies. We focus on providing consistent quality, reliable service, and cost-effective polymer solutions while building long-term relationships with our customers.
As we expand our customer base, we are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Technical Sales Executive to represent Evon Polymers in the industrial market.
Job Responsibilities
- Visit plastic manufacturing and injection moulding factories in Rai, Kundli and nearby industrial areas.
- Meet factory owners, purchase managers, production managers and quality teams.
- Introduce Evon Polymers and present our PP/PPCP granule products.
- Understand customer material requirements and recommend suitable grades.
- Distribute product samples and coordinate product trials.
- Collect technical feedback from customers after trials.
- Follow up regularly until trials are converted into commercial orders.
- Develop long-term business relationships with customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Maintain daily visit reports and update management on customer feedback and market information.
- Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, sample dispatch and order execution.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi and English (Mandatory).
- Comfortable with travelling throughout industrial areas on a daily basis.
- Must possess a two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and WhatsApp for Business is preferred.
- Positive attitude, confidence and willingness to meet new customers.
Preferred Candidates
Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Have experience in the plastic, polymer or recycling industry.
- Have worked with industrial B2B products.
- Have experience working with platforms such as IndiaMART or TradeIndia.
- Have experience in industrial field sales or business development.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience).
- Fuel reimbursement for official travel.
- Mobile reimbursement (if applicable).
