About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer / Visualiser who can seamlessly work across branding, packaging, digital creatives, motion graphics, and AI-powered design tools. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of beauty and FMCG aesthetics and be capable of translating brand concepts into impactful visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Design engaging static creatives for social media, websites, digital campaigns, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Develop and visualize brand concepts, campaigns, product themes, and marketing communication.
- Create short-form videos, reels, and motion graphics for digital platforms.
- Design product packaging, labels, inserts, and print materials while ensuring brand consistency.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and Product teams to create compelling visual stories.
- Develop animations, motion-led assets, transitions, and promotional content.
- Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.
- Adapt designs quickly for product launches, campaigns, and market trends.
- Leverage AI-powered creative tools for ideation, concept generation,



mood boards, and content enhancement.

Candidate Requirements

- 6–8 years of experience in Graphic Design, Visualisation, Packaging Design, or Brand Creative roles.
- Prior experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, FMCG, or Lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, packaging, digital creatives, and motion graphics.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Preferred Background

Candidates currently working with or having prior experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Skincare, Wellness, or FMCG brands will be given preference.
