Position:- Wet Process- Packing Machine operator

Experience:- 2 to 6 Year (Hands-on experience with VFFS, HFFS, multi-track sachet machines, and jar/bottle filling lines is mandatory.)

Location:- Nandasan, Gujarat

Job description:-

To operate and maintain various types of packing machines, including VFFS (Vertical Form Fill Seal), HFFS (Horizontal Form Fill Seal), single-track and multi-track sachet machines, and jar/bottle filling lines, ensuring smooth operations, high efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.

KEY DELIVERABLES

Machine Operation:

- Set up, operate, and monitor packing machines (VFFS, HFFS, sachet, jar/bottle filling), Sealing, shrink wrapping, flow wrapping, labelling machines as per production schedules.
- Ensure correct filling, sealing, and packaging as per product specifications.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting VFFS, HFFS, and sachet machines.
- Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge for machine adjustments and minor repairs.




- Familiarity with packaging materials like films, bottles, and jars.

Soft Skills :

- Attention to detail and a commitment to product quality.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced production environment.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Machine uptime and productivity.
- Accuracy in product weight and packaging quality.
- Reduction in material wastage during packing.
- Adherence to production schedules.
- Compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Team productivity and skill enhancement.

Maintenance:

- Perform basic preventive maintenance and cleaning of packing machines.
- Report any technical issues or breakdowns to the Maintenance team promptly.

Documentation & Reporting:

- Maintain accurate logs of machine performance, downtime, and output.
- Provide daily updates to the Packaging Supervisor regarding production metrics.

Efficiency Management:

- Monitor machine performance to minimize downtime and maximize output.
- Optimize material usage to reduce wastage during the packing process.
