Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer Experience: 3–8 years Location: Mumbai Team: Brand About the Role We're looking for a Motion Graphic Designer who can bring stories to life across formats — from snackable social cuts to full-length podcasts and long-format videos. You'll sit at the intersection of design, editing, and storytelling, turning raw footage and ideas into polished, on-brand content that performs. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives in their timeline, obsesses over pacing, and is excited by how AI tools are reshaping the craft. What You'll Do ● Edit and produce long-format videos and podcasts from raw footage to final delivery — including cuts, color, sound sync, captions, and graphics. ● Design and animate motion graphics, lower thirds, intros/outros, kinetic typography, and explainer sequences. ● Own the visual rhythm of podcast episodes: multi-cam syncing, audio cleanup coordination, b-roll integration, and chaptered edits for distribution. ● Create engaging reels and explainer videos that simplify concepts into explicit, scroll-stopping visual content. ● Repurpose long-format content into short-form reels, teasers,



and social cuts optimized for each platform. ● Use AI tools to speed up editing, transcription, rotoscoping, upscaling, and asset generation without compromising quality. ● Maintain brand consistency across all motion and video output. What We're Looking For ● 3–8 years of hands-on experience in motion graphics and video editing, with a strong showreel. ● Proficiency across the full toolkit: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and audio tools (Audition or equivalent). Cinema 4D / Blender is a plus. ● Demonstrated experience editing long-format videos and podcasts — not just short-form. ● Fluency with AI-powered creative tools (for editing, generative assets, transcription, voice/audio enhancement) and a genuine appetite to adopt new ones. ● Strong sense of pacing, typography, sound design, and visual storytelling. ● Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on tight timelines. ● A portfolio that shows range across both motion design and editing.
