Beauty Gang India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator & MIS Executive to support our sales team by managing reports, coordinating with field sales staff, handling customer data, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain sales data and generate performance reports.
- Coordinate with the field sales team for order updates and follow-ups.
- Manage sales orders, invoices, and dispatch coordination.
- Update CRM and customer databases accurately.
- Track sales targets and assist in preparing sales analysis.
- Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and warehouse teams.
- Handle Excel-based reporting, data validation, and dashboard preparation.
- Support management with business reports and presentations.
- Ensure timely communication with customers and internal departments.





Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales Coordination or MIS.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Formulas, Charts).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with CRM/ERP software will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹11,474.39 - ₹25,000.00 per month
