Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative, strategic, and proactive Creative Director / Creative Manager to lead our creative team and deliver outstanding marketing campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative vision, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage both client relationships and internal teams while ensuring high-quality creative output.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the creative team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality projects.
- Develop innovative creative concepts and marketing campaigns for clients.
- Handle client meetings, understand project requirements, and present creative ideas confidently.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, content creators, and digital marketing teams.
- Review and approve creative materials before client delivery.
- Ensure all projects align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Plan project timelines and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Mentor, motivate, and guide team members to achieve creative excellence.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, digital marketing strategies, and social media trends.
- Collaborate with management to improve creative workflows and client satisfaction.

Requirements





- Proven experience as a Creative Director, Creative Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of branding, advertising, social media, and digital marketing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
- Experience working with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Knowledge of AI-powered creative and marketing tools is a plus.
- Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Positive attitude with the ability to inspire and lead a creative team.
