Key Responsibilities

Build, structure, and lead engineering teams across software, Agentic AI, and analytics, from hiring through development and retention

Set technical direction and enforce high standards for architecture, code quality, and delivery

Own performance management, mentorship, and career growth for engineers and team leads

Establish processes, cadences, and accountability frameworks that scale as teams grow

Translate business strategy into clear technical roadmaps and execution plans

Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, analytics, and business teams

Communicate with clarity to stakeholders at every level, from engineers to executives and clients

Lead negotiations on scope, timelines, and resourcing with a calm, solutions-first approach

Steer teams through shifting priorities and change while protecting morale and delivery quality

What We Look For

Leadership and Management

8 to 12 years of experience in software engineering or a related technical field, including a strong track record of leading engineers or technical teams

Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at every level





Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, especially in cross-functional or client-facing settings

Proven ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and change without losing momentum

High adaptability and energy; comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Experience building or scaling engineering teams and management structures

Technical

Solid hands-on engineering background, with the depth to review architecture, guide design decisions, and hold credibility with senior engineers

Working knowledge of the AI/ML lifecycle: problem framing, data readiness, model development, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring

Familiarity with the modern AI stack, such as Python, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), LLM and AgenticAI tooling, and MLOps practices (good to have)

Understanding of data engineering and analytics fundamentals: pipelines, warehousing, and BI/visualization tools (good to have)

Preferred

Prior experience in a consulting or client-services environment is a strong plus
