The Consulting Finance Transformation Oracle team is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our growing EPM practice
We are looking for an experienced consulting professional who can lead workstreams drive solution design and mentor team members with a strong understanding of Oracle EPCMPCMCS industry best practices and endtoend finance processes
Key responsibilities include
o Own endtoend delivery of Oracle EPCMPCMCS workstreams from requirements through design build testing and golive support
o Lead solution design workshops and translate business requirements into scalable allocation models rule sets and calculation logic
o Manage daytoday engagement activities scope plan risks dependencies ensuring outcomes meet quality timeline and budget expectations
o Review configuration and deliverables produced by the team rules metadata data loads documentation and enforce standards and best practices
o Mentor junior team members support proposal pursuits and contribute to practice assets templates accelerators reusable components
Requirement
o 610 years of handson experience with Oracle EPCMPCMCS including endtoend implementations of medium to largescale profitability and cost allocation models
o Proven experience designing and building allocation rules and custom calculations including ruleset sequencing performance considerations and model execution strategy
o Ability to troubleshoot and reconcile allocation results eg driver intersections unexpected variances define test cases and lead SITUAT cycles with business stakeholders
o Experience with integrations Data Management EPM Automate REST APIs for inbound and outbound data loads exposure to orchestration and scheduling is an advantage
o Strong stakeholder management skills to work closely with business users drive decisions and provide clear status risks and mitigation plans
o Excellent documentation and presentation skills with the ability to create design artifacts test evidence training content and executiveready summaries
Good to Have
o Experience with FRFinancial Reporting and building reconciliationanalysis packs
o Exposure to other Oracle EPM cloud modules EPBCSPlanning FCCS EDMCS and endtoend EPM architecture
o Oracle certifications and experience contributing to presales solutioning effort estimates proposals demos
