I would like to infrom you that currently we are hiring the candidate for the position of Purchase Engineer for our organization. Our Organization is a leading toy manufacturing company located at Science City near Ahmedabad .
Position: Purchase Engineer
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Location: Ahmedabad
Work Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ( Monday to Saturday)
Salary: Take home 28000-30000 / CTC - 30000-33000
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure raw materials, components, and services
- Identify and develop new vendors
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers
- Create and manage purchase orders (POs)
- Ensure timely delivery and follow-up with vendors
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with production team
- Evaluate vendor performance and maintain records
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in procurement/purchase role
- Knowledge of vendor management and negotiation
- Basic understanding of ERP systems Or MS Excel
