We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented MIS Executive to support the Assisted Buying Team with centralized reporting and performance monitoring. This role will ensure timely delivery of accurate data and insights that help drive decision-making, improve productivity, and strengthen business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming data into meaningful intelligence while ensuring robust data governance and reporting efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage internal reporting frameworks for the Assisted Buying function
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and standardized data consolidation across systems
- Provide performance insights to enable faster operational decisions
- Support business planning and forecasting through structured data analytics
- Maintain dashboards and reporting repositories for department visibility
- Collaborate with the team to identify improvement opportunities
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, or Sales/Business Analytics roles
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM and BI tools preferred
- Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under time-sensitive conditions with strong ownership mindset
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
