We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Admission Counselor for our South Extension centre. The selected candidate will guide students and parents, manage admission enquiries and help prospective students choose the right career program.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in, telephonic, WhatsApp and online admission enquiries.
- Counsel students and parents about suitable courses based on career goals, interests and educational background.
- Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, projects, software, career options and placement support.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, walk-ins and admissions.
- Meet monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Conduct course presentations and centre tours for students and parents.
- Coordinate with faculty and academic teams to understand course schedules, batches and student outcomes.
- Build long-term relationships with students and maintain a positive admission experience.
- Handle student objections related to fees, course selection, career scope and competing institutes.
- Support admission campaigns, seminars, workshops, college visits and promotional events.
- Collect course fees and coordinate with the accounts team for payment records.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on enquiries, follow-ups and conversions.
- Guide junior counselors and support the admission team when required.

Candidate Requirements





- Minimum 3 years of experience in education counseling, admissions, training institutes, colleges, edtech or skill-development organisations.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Positive understanding of student counseling and admission conversion.
- Ability to speak confidently with students and parents.
- Good command of Hindi and English.
- Comfortable with phone calls, WhatsApp follow-ups and CRM or lead-management systems.
- Ability to achieve individual and team admission targets.
- Presentable, confident and professional personality.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of creative, design, IT or digital career courses will be preferred.
