Ashoka Developers is hiring a MIS Executive to manage and track material-related data and site reporting activities. This role is ideal for candidates interested in working closely with site operations and maintaining accurate project records.
Key Responsibilities (Material & Site MIS)
- Maintain records of material inward and outward (received & dispatch)
- Track and update GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entries
- Maintain data of material received vs. consumed
- Record and verify tax invoices / supplier bills
- Track diesel received and consumption logs
- Maintain daily records of equipment readings (e.g., poclain / machinery usage hours)
- Coordinate with site team for accurate data collection
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Ensure all records are accurate, updated, and properly documented
Required Skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, filters, basic reports)
- Valuable attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to coordinate with site/store teams
- Basic understanding of material handling / site work (preferred)
- Willingness to learn and work on-site data
Eligibility
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA
- Freshers or up to 1 year experience
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
