1. Role Objective:The Operations Associate will handle end-to-end coordination of order processing, vendor follow-ups, and execution tracking.

2. Key Responsibilities: Order Validation s Coordination

- Review order details post receipt
- Identify missing or incorrect information and coordinate with Sales for corrections.

3. Purchase Order (PO) Management:

- Process POs accurately and within timelines




- Ensure solid follow-up with Sales for closure of pending inputs.

Vendor Management s Follow-ups: Share POs with vendors and obtain order confirmations Align and track production timelines with vendors Vendor Query Handling: Address vendor doubts regarding production specifications Coordinate internally to provide clear confirmations Financial Coordination: Ensure timely completion of processes enabling deposit release Share deposit planning with Accounts and follow up for TT copies Circulate TT copies to all relevant vendors Production s Execution Support: Resolve production-related issues (design, color, tagging, direction, etc.) Coordinate shipping mark requirements across customers and vendors Guide vendors for corrections where required

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
