Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Assistant Manager – Finance to support financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will oversee financial reporting, audits, and ensure smooth financial operations in alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day finance operations including accounts, banking, and reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and presentations for management.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory, and tax audits.




- Analyze financial data to provide insights for cost optimization and business growth.
- Support the finance team and supervise junior staff when required.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA/Inter CA/MBA Finance preferred).
- 3–6 years of proven experience in finance/accounting.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, taxation, and compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally ERP, and financial software.
- Analytical and strategic mindset with attention to detail.
- Solid communication and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
