- Job Purpose:
- We are looking for a high-calibre Outbound Sales Executive to join our team. This is a full time position within the Sales function, offering a unique opportunity to build, own,



and scale outbound operations for one of India's fastest-growing cold chain infrastructure companies. You will work alongside ambitious founders and play a critical role in our aggressive expansion trajectory.

- Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Build prospect lists and execute daily cold outreach (60+ touchpoints per day).
- Pipeline Management: Independently manage and grow the outbound sales pipeline.
- Lead Generation: Identify 8+ qualified prospects per week and book meetings for the closures team.
- Deal Momentum: Follow up on proposals and ensure they are sent within 24 hours of every meeting.
- Reporting: Submit weekly outbound activity reports to track performance against targets.

- Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in any stream.
- 1–3 years of experience in outbound B2B sales.
- Exceptional cold calling and email outreach skills.
- High proficiency in CRM tool management.
