- Monitor incoming and outgoing waste material quality.
- Ensure proper segregation of recyclable and non-recyclable waste.
- Inspect recovered materials (plastic, paper, metal, glass, etc.) as per customer specifications.
- Identify contamination and initiate corrective actions.
- Verify bale quality, weight, labeling, and storage standards.
Operational Monitoring
- Conduct routine quality inspections during plant operations.
- Monitor sorting efficiency and material recovery rates.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure rejected materials are handled as per company procedures.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain daily quality inspection reports.
- Prepare quality checklists and inspection records.
Training & Awareness
- Train operators and sorting staff on quality standards.
- Conduct toolbox talks on segregation and contamination control.
- Promote quality awareness among plant workers.
Safety & Environment
- Ensure safe work practices during quality inspections.
- Report unsafe conditions immediately.
- Support implementation of EHS policies and waste handling procedures.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
