We are hiring for the role of Operation and Maintenance Engineer/Technician for one of the Solar company at their various location.

Job Description:

- Conduct regular inspections and performance monitoring of solar panels, inverters, and other equipment.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on all solar equipment.
- Clean solar panels to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Lubricate, adjust, or replace mechanical components as needed.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in solar equipment.
- Replace faulty components and conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.




- Work with electrical systems, including inverters and wiring, ensuring compliance with safety standard.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Prepare detailed reports on equipment
- performance and maintenance work.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and apprentices.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, including inverters, wiring, and solar panels.

Qualifications :

Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering
