Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions.
- Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers to create effective hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth candidate experience.




- Maintain and update candidate records using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate salary offers and manage the offer rollout process.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
- Meet hiring targets within defined timelines while maintaining quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience hiring for both IT and Non-IT roles.
- Good understanding of IT technologies, programming languages, frameworks, and technical job roles.
- Strong sourcing experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Practical experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience hiring for startups or fast-paced organizations.
- Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies.
- Experience with employer branding and talent pipeline development.
