Job Title: UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our growing D2C team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing intuitive digital experiences for e-commerce websites, landing pages, and mobile-first interfaces. Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with AI-powered design tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites, landing pages, and web applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and design systems using Figma.
- Enhance user experience by conducting UX research and implementing best design practices.
- Collaborate closely with developers, marketing, and product teams to deliver seamless user journeys.
- Design responsive interfaces optimized for desktop and mobile devices.
- Improve website conversion through user-centric design principles.
- Utilize AI design tools (such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Uizard, Galileo AI, or similar) to accelerate design workflows and generate creative concepts.
- Maintain consistency in branding,



typography, color systems, and UI components.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design systems, and emerging AI technologies.

Required Skills:

- 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX Design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma (mandatory).
- Knowledge of prototyping, wireframing, and interactive design.
- Experience working with AI-powered design tools.
- Understanding of responsive design and usability principles.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
- Robust attention to detail and excellent visual design skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Candidate:

- Experience in a D2C or E-commerce company is mandatory.
- Experience designing Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is preferred.
- Candidate should be based in Nagpur or willing to relocate immediately.

Note: Preffered candidate who can join can Join immedietly Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
