Roles & Responsibilities

- Define and own the front-end architecture for enterprise-grade web applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Angular (v12+) and TypeScript.
- Establish UI architecture standards, coding guidelines, and reusable component libraries.
- Lead the development of complex UI features while ensuring code quality and best practices.
- Implement state management using NgRx, Akita, or similar frameworks, and leverage RxJS for reactive programming.
- Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor development teams, and provide technical leadership.
- Collaborate with backend developers, UX/UI designers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Drive adoption of modern front-end technologies, modular architecture, lazy loading, and CI/CD practices.
- Ensure application quality through unit, integration, and end-to-end testing using Jasmine, Karma, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Work closely with DevOps teams for build, deployment, and release management using Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
- Identify and resolve technical debt, UI bottlenecks, and production issues.




- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating recent technologies and enhancing development processes.
- Experience in Capital Markets, Trading, or Middle Office applications will be an added advantage.

Preferred candidate profile

- 10+ years of experience in front-end development with at least 3+ years in a UI Architect or Technical Lead role.
- Strong expertise in Angular (v12+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
- Hands-on experience with state management frameworks such as NgRx, Akita, or similar.
- Strong understanding of RxJS, reactive programming, and RESTful API integration.
- Experience building scalable, reusable, and high-performance enterprise web applications.
- Solid understanding of component-based architecture, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins and Git-based version control.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks including Jasmine, Karma, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Knowledge of Docker or containerization technologies is an added advantage.
- Preferred experience in Capital Markets, Trading, Investment Banking, or Middle Office applications.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and team mentoring skills.
- Willingness to work from Pune in a Hybrid/Work from Office model.
