Role Description The UGC Creator role is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram. The UGC Creator will be responsible for planning, producing, and editing short-form content (photos, videos, and reels) that showcases Golden Venue’s farmhouses and villas, guest experiences, and brand story. This role involves visiting properties regularly, capturing authentic content during events and site visits, and collaborating with the marketing team to align content with campaign goals and brand guidelines.

Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming content ideas, scripting or outlining shots, filming and editing, optimizing assets for social platforms, and engaging with online communities by responding to comments and messages related to the content.



The UGC Creator will also help track basic performance metrics to refine concepts and contribute to overall brand visibility.

Qualifications

Content creation and storytelling skills, including experience producing short-form video and photo content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).

Proficiency with basic shooting and editing tools, such as smartphone cameras, DSLR or mirrorless cameras, and editing apps or software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, Canva).

Understanding of social media trends, audience engagement practices, and platform-specific best practices for reach and retention.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams on-site.

Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, event-focused environment.

Comfort with on-site work at various properties in and around Gurugram, including occasional evening or weekend shoots when required.

Prior experience in content creation, influencer marketing, or UGC campaigns for lifestyle, travel, hospitality, or events brands is an advantage.

Relevant education or training in media, communications, marketing, film, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; a strong portfolio of past work is highly valued. shoot, edit & feature on-camera. Need CapCut/Premiere skills, good aesthetics, portfolio required. 6 days/week. ₹15k-25k. Gurugram-based only.
