Greetings, we are hiring for an UFT Automation Tester

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using OpenText UFT/UFT One (HP QTP).
- Design and enhance automation frameworks for enterprise applications.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing.
- Automate testing for Web, Desktop, SAP, Mainframe, and API applications.
- Execute test cases, analyze defects, and coordinate with development teams.
- Integrate automation scripts with ALM/Quality Center and CI/CD pipelines.
- Maintain test data, object repositories, and automation assets.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with OpenText UFT/UFT One (HP QTP).
- Good programming knowledge in VBScript.
- Experience with automation framework development and maintenance.




- Hands-on experience with ALM/Quality Center.
- Knowledge of Object Repository, Descriptive Programming, and Recovery Scenarios.
- Experience with Data-Driven and Keyword-Driven Frameworks.
- Solid understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect management.

Preferred Skills
- API Testing (Postman/UFT API Testing).
- SQL and database validation.
- CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.
- Git version control.
- Exposure to Selenium or Playwright.
- Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Basic scripting in Python, Java, or PowerShell.
