Dealer & Channel Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with two-wheeler dealers, and sub dealers.
Operations, Process & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, credit guidelines, operational processes, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with Credit, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure smooth and timely loan processing.
- Maintain documentation quality, TAT, and customer service standards.
