What You'll Do

Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, budget, and preferences, and design personalized domestic and international itineraries

Handle end-to-end travel arrangements — flight/rail reservations, hotel bookings, package curation, and visa-related guidance where applicable

Manage the full client query cycle over call, WhatsApp, and email — from first enquiry to booking confirmation and post-travel follow-up

Recommend holiday packages, add-ons,



and upsell opportunities suited to each client's travel style

Coordinate with vendors, hoteliers, and DMCs to lock in the best rates and availability

Maintain accurate booking records and follow up proactively to convert enquiries into confirmed sales

What We're Looking For

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar travel sales/booking role

Prior experience handling client-facing travel consulting and reservations (appointment/experience letter from previous employer required)

Skills

Working knowledge of travel booking systems and package curation is a strong plus

Confident, professional communication over calls and email — fluent in English, Hindi, and ideally a regional language

Robust follow-up discipline and attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple client conversations at once

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, WhatsApp Business or similar tools)

Education

Graduate in any discipline; a degree/diploma/MBA in Tourism or Hospitality is a strong advantage

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed: ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 per month

Unlimited performance incentive on top of fixed pay

Guaranteed salary increment after 6 months
